Taken over by Thierry Balicco and his son Sébastien in 2007, La Halle du Midi, a licensed supplier to H.S.H. The Prince of Monaco, supplies the finest gourmet restaurants in and around Monaco.

Thierry and Sébastien have acquired a wealth of experience in the field of prestige catering. Substantial investments have been made to bring their facilities up to the very latest standards, guaranteeing maximum product quality and optimum food safety.

Among other products, Thierry and Sébastien Balicco ensure the daily arrival of fish and seafood from the best Mediterranean fish markets, as well as farmed products from Norway, Denmark and Scotland (notably salmon).

La Halle du Midi has also enlisted the services of an aquaculture farm in Corsica, specializing in top-quality fish: sea bass, sea bream and meagre (umbrine). All year round, La Halle du Midi also offers fresh wild fish direct from Brittany, Normandy or Vendée, as well as top-quality frozen seafood: shrimps, octopus, langoustines (Iceland) or King Crab. With this varied offer, La Halle du Midi is fortunate to have been able to develop a fine clientele, both professional, in the haute gastronomy market, and private, by becoming the privileged supplier of a wealthy clientele who own luxury yachts, apartments and villas in the Principality of Monaco.
